  • We use the internationally acclaimed STOTT PILATES method of analysing your static body composition to give information on both skeletal & muscular imbalances throughout the whole body. This is gold dust to us! We use this valuable information to provide modifications during group classes.

    The Postural Analysis is a one time investment recommended for both group & private clients involving a 50 minute consultation.

  • For those who prefer to train in private or with friends (duets, trios or small groups!), the combination of personal tuition & bespoke programming provides the ultimate workout designed with you in mind.
